We've got another delicious chocolatey recipe from @nicoletta_mikela - yum! 


  • 150g Oat flour
  • 100g Wholewheat four or Gluten free flour
  • 2 x bars of Vanilla Enjoy! Chocolate
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt 
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder 
  • 30g coconut oil melted
  • 200ml maple syrup
  • 50g coconut sugar 
  • 200ml almond milk or any milk of choice



  1. Preheat oven 160 fan
  2. Melt coconut oil then add maple syrup and sugar whisk to combine
  3. Slowly add in dry ingredients whisk to combined with no lumps taste test to see if sweet enough
  4. Carefully pour mix into donut moulds and bake for 25 minutes leave to cool while make the icing
  5. Melt 2 bars of enjoy chocolate with two teaspoons of coconut oil once fully melted dip donuts in chocolate and enjoy!
