About Enjoy!
Chris Crutchley founded Enjoy! in 2014 when he discovered he could make a Free From chocolate he loved to eat! Chris has suffered from multiple food intolerances most of his adult life, which means he can’t eat mainstream chocolate. He decided to spread the joy of Enjoy to other people with food allergies and intolerances like him. What thrilled him was that his chocolate isn’t just enjoyed by those with sensitivities or intolerances, but also Vegans and lovers of high-quality dark chocolate.
Everyone should be free to enjoy delicious chocolate. Our mission is to create fabulous treats for all – from the most discerning chocoholic to eco champions to those with tricky food restrictions.
At our dedicated facility in Hampshire. We don’t make chocolate for anyone else, so we can avoid cross-contamination from allergens.

According to our customers, it tastes better than mainstream products! Our use of pure, high- quality natural ingredients helps achieve this.
Our smooth glossy chocolate has a satisfying snap and dark taste without bitterness; the fillings in our bars and buttons are soft and sweet; and our fudge is caramelly and moreish! Adults and kids love the taste of our treats!
The founders are still totally involved in developing new taste and texture experiences, working with our in-house Michelin Star trained chocolatier.
We don’t recommend this as the moisture in the fridge can cause the chocolate to bloom (white marks) and may adversely affect the taste. Instead, we suggest storing it between 16 and 18⁰C and away from direct sunlight. However, we see some “Enjoyers” in our reviews section recommend eating our filled buttons and bars from the fridge, especially in hot weather!

Mainstream chocolate is filled with cheaper, lower quality (and bad for you/the planet) ingredients. Unlike mass produced products, Enjoy!’s chocolate is crafted in small batches. We take exceptional care to only buy premium quality ingredients and avoid cross-contamination/allergen issues. We only use a specific source of cacao (more expensive than roasted beans) plus coconut sugar (more expensive than mass produced refined sugars). Enjoy! is naturally better for you and the environment.

Ingredients
Seeing the logo on the wrapper of a product means that it has been approved as vegan by The Vegan Society. We are proud that all our products carry this logo.
The Vegan Society originally coined the term “Vegan” and have been helping consumers identify products as animal-free since 1990, so they know what they are talking about!
Yes, all our ingredients are natural. You will not find any “nasties” in our products. When you read our short ingredient list on a wrapper, you will recognise every single item.
Never. If you’ve discovered Enjoy! then you’re probably already aware of the environmental impact caused by palm oil. Plus, it’s not a healthy ingredient to consume. Instead, where our recipes require oil, we use coconut oil because it’s healthier for our customers and the planet.

Allergens/Intolerances
The Food Standards Authority (FSA) list 14 of the most common allergens Currently, our products are
-Free from 6 allergens: dairy, gluten, egg, soya, peanut and tree nuts (hazelnut, cashew, pistachio, Brazil nut, macadamia, walnut, almond, pecan.)
-Do not contain the remaining 8 allergens, and we work with our supply chain to minimise the risk of these allergens entering our ingredients: sesame, crustacean, molluscs, fish, celery, mustard, lupin and sulphites.
We are working towards having all our products free from all 14 allergens.
Yes. We are proud to be approved by The Vegan Society and that all our products carry the official logo. Always seek this logo on products to ensure genuine Vegan Society approval. For more information, visit our Vegan page.

Ordering & Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days of an order being placed, but like to do it next working day if possible. You will receive an automatic shipping notification once your order has been dispatched. If there’s a delay to your order, for example due to products being out of stock, we will email you to let you know.
At checkout you have the choice of two Royal Mail services: 1st class (24 hour) or 2nd class (48 hours). Although we find Royal Mail pretty reliable, please be aware that these service standards do slip - particularly at busy times, such as Christmas.
If you need your order in a hurry, you have the option of next working day delivery, with tracking, so you can keep an eye on things.
If your order qualifies for free shipping (spend of £30 or over), it will usually be sent Royal Mail 2nd class.
The outer box, the brown paper used to protect your delicious goodies in transit, and the “Fragile” tape are all recyclable and can be paced in your local authority’s paper/ cardboard bin.
Our website isn’t set up for overseas sales yet, but if you send us an email at info@enjoyrawchocolate.com with your order, your city and country, we will be able to give you a quote for shipping. We would need payment by bank transfer before we send your order.
Yes. PayPal will offer you the choice of using either using a PayPal account or a credit card. You just need to select “Checkout as a guest” on the PayPal payment page.
Specific Diets
Although our chocolate contains coconut sugar, which has a lower Glycaemic Index than refined sugar, we do not recommend it for diabetics. You should consider your own health situation.
We are not experts on the low FODMAP diet, but as we understand it, dark chocolate with a high cocoa content and low sugar consumed in small amounts is OK. Our 70% and - even better - 85% chocolate bars contain just cocoa butter, cacao powder and coconut sugar so would be the most suitable for this diet. As to what constitutes an acceptable amount, we suggest looking at the Monash app!
We aren’t experts on the Paleo Diet, but it seems purists argue chocolate has no place on this diet. However, there are Paleo writers online who say that small quantities of dark chocolate with a high cocoa content and low sugar, is OK.
