Dark 85% Chocolate Bar

A luxurious, vegan dark chocolate bar with 85% cacao solids, which is free from dairy, gluten, soya, egg, tree nuts and peanuts. Enjoy!’s Dark 85% Chocolate bar delivers a firm “snap” when broken, a smooth texture that melts on the tongue and an intense dark chocolate taste without excess bitterness. 

All this is achieved through the magic of combining just three ingredients- cocoa butter, cocoa powder and coconut sugar- in the “Enjoy!” way!  We use a higher concentration of cocoa butter to cacao powder in our recipe which reduces the bitterness sometimes associated with very dark chocolate.
