Containing just three quality ingredients and 70% cacao solids, we like to think of “Delightfully Dark” as our “Goldilocks bar”- it has just the right amount of cacao, making it not too dark and not too sweet! We use a higher concentration of cacao butter to powder which results in creaminess without bitterness. It’s so good that we use it as the base for all of our chocolate, apart from ourDaringly Darkest (85%)bar.
Dark Chocolate contains: 70% cocoa solids minimum.
