Ingredients:
Biscuit base
- ▪️80g digestive biscuits
- 40g vegan butter
Brownie layer
- 100g vegan butter
- 100g Joy of Enjoy buttons
- 60g plain flour
- 20g cocoa powder
- 2 eggs
- 150g caster sugar
- 70g Joy of Enjoy vanilla dark choc
Extra layer
- Marshmallows
- Flower and White M*lk choc meringue bar
Recipe:
- Crush your digestive biscuits & mix with vegan butter then cover the bottom of your baking tray
- In a bowl, whisk eggs and sugar together until pale & fluffy
- Melt chocolate buttons & vegan butter together then allow to cool
- Stir in cooled chocolate mixture to eggs
- Sieve in cocoa powder & plain flour and stir slowly until fully combined
- Roughly chop vanilla choc bar and mix in
- Pour brownie mixture over biscuit base then add marshmallows on top
- Bake for 20 mins at 180°
- Crush up @flowerandwhite bars & sprinkle on top whilst hot then leave to cool
