Biscuit base

  • ▪️80g digestive biscuits
  • 40g vegan butter

Brownie layer

  1. Crush your digestive biscuits & mix with vegan butter then cover the bottom of your baking tray
  2. In a bowl, whisk eggs and sugar together until pale & fluffy
  3. Melt chocolate buttons & vegan butter together then allow to cool
  4. Stir in cooled chocolate mixture to eggs
  5. Sieve in cocoa powder & plain flour and stir slowly until fully combined
  6. Roughly chop vanilla choc bar and mix in
  7. Pour brownie mixture over biscuit base then add marshmallows on top
  8. Bake for 20 mins at 180°
  9. Crush up @flowerandwhite bars & sprinkle on top whilst hot then leave to cool
  10. ENJOY🤩
