5 minutes of prep for an insanely good outcome! Check out this amazing no nut Snickers bar recipe by @meganm_method, using our melted dark chocolate! 
  • 250g medjool dates, pitted 
  • 3 tablespoons of no nut butter 
  • Salted caramel granola 
  • 150g Enjoy! Dark Chocolate, melted 
  • Pinch of flaky sea salt 



  1. Line a tray with baking paper. 
  2. Press the dates onto the baking paper overlapping slightly so that you have an oval shape. 
  3. Spread over the butter. Sprinkle over the granola and finish by pouring the dark chocolate over the whole thing. Spreading out so it’s fully coated and in an even layer. Sprinkle the flaky sea salt on top. 
  4. Pop the tray in the fridge for 2 hours or over night until the chocolate has hardened.
