Ingredients:
- 70g Joy of Enjoy Opulent Orange Filled Bar
- 60g vegan butter
- 70g digestive biscuits
- 1 tbsp golden syrup
- 30g marshmallows
- 30g raisins
Recipe:
- Start by melting 20g dark chocolate mixed with 10g vegan butter and fill silicone moulds with equal amounts
- Pop in the fridge to chill for about 10 minutes
- In a saucepan, heat the rest of the vegan butter, dark chocolate and golden syrup, and leave to cool
- In a bowl, mix marshmallows, raisins, melted chocolate and crushed digestive biscuits until all combined
- Fill each of the silicone moulds with mixture and pat down to fill properly
- Pop in the freezer for 2 hours until solid and then pop out
- Enjoy!
