Check out these chocolate superfood shards, using our coconut solid bar, by the creative @simply__steff!
  • Dates
  • Raisins
  • Goji berries 
  • Cacao powder
  • Finely chopped coconut dark chocolate
  • A blend of seeds such as hemp, sunflower, pumpkin (nut free) and tiger nuts (not actually nuts but from the tubor family!!!) 
  • More chocolate for drizzling/coating 



  1. In a food processor mix everything together until a thick dough forms.
  2. Refrigerate the dough for 10 minutes.
  3. Roll out the dough onto a clean surface (onto parchment) until you reach about 1cm of thickness.
  4. Slice into ‘shards’ and leave to set in a tray in the freezer.
  5. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate into a bowl and drizzle this over the shards.
  6. Leave to set and enjoy!
